Set in nearly an acre of grounds with small woods to the rear, as you walk out of the lounge kitchen or double bedroom the house has three terraces which offer lovely views of the French countryside. The covered veranda has a dinner table for eight and provides a lovely setting to enjoy an alfresco breakfast or dinner. There is a large moveable charcoal BBQ and a well stocked box of outside game sets including badminton and ping pong. Also during the summer months an 18ft by 4ft  round above ground pool and a separate picnic bench and table.
